Delta One awards booked via Flying Club to/from Europe now carry carrier-imposed surcharges of $1,000+ one-way each direction (added July 2024, increased further for Europe departures in March 2025) — comparable to or worse than Virgin Atlantic's own Upper Class surcharges, not meaningfully lower.
