Every other airline and hotel partner in Bilt's program transfers at a flat 1:1 — a Bilt point becomes exactly one mile or one hotel point, no math required. Accor Live Limitless breaks that pattern. Points move over at a 3:2 ratio, so 1,000 Bilt points become roughly 667 ALL points. It's a real haircut, and Bilt doesn't hide it: this is the single reduced-ratio partner on an otherwise all-1:1 roster.

Transfers are fast, at least. Bilt says most conversions post instantly, with a small number taking up to 48 hours to show up in your ALL account.
